Refund Policy

At Cluckin Cute Creations, all items are handmade with care and made to order. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cluckincutecreations@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
